  The whole frame is integrally extruded from thickened high-strength aerospace aluminum alloy with sufficient rigidity to bear continuous reciprocating impact under high tension glass fiber production. The integrated stainless steel heald rails on both sides fit 260C heald wires perfectly with precision polished burr-free surface. It copes with the high hardness and abrasiveness of glass fiber yarn, resisting groove formation, yarn snagging and warp breakage after long-term operation. Standard carbon steel crank drive assemblies matching ZAX original standard are installed on side frames, fully replicating original Tsudakoma crank motion track with tiny transmission clearance and excellent motion synchronization, free of jamming and offset under high-speed operation.
